Yes. Tessa offers distance sessions only. You stay in your own space while Tessa carries out the session from a distance. You do not need to travel, visit a clinic or receive physical touch.

Yes. Distance sessions are available to clients across Australia, including Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT. The website lists Tessa’s hours in Brisbane time (AEST). Check the timezone displayed in Square when choosing your appointment, especially if your area observes daylight saving.

Yes. Tessa phones you before your session to discuss your needs and answer questions, then phones you afterward to let you know the session is complete and ask how you are feeling. Please provide a phone number you can be reached on when booking.

Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can rest without interruptions. You can sit comfortably or lie down at home. Keep your phone available for the calls before and after your session. No special equipment is required.

Experiences vary. You may simply enjoy some quiet time, and it is also okay if you do not notice any particular sensation. No feeling, result or health outcome is guaranteed. You can discuss your experience with Tessa during your follow-up call.

The 60-minute distance session costs AU$100 and is available to book online. The extended 90-minute session costs AU$150 and is also available to book online. Both include a conversation with Tessa before and after the distance session.

Square handles your card payment securely and sends your booking confirmation and reminders. This website does not store your card details.

Please contact Tessa at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose a full refund or move your payment to a new appointment. For less than 24 hours’ notice, contact Tessa to discuss a refund or rescheduling. Prepaid appointments need to be changed through Tessa; use the contact details on your Square booking page or confirmation.
